Provision Interactive Technologies, Inc. (“Provision”), has signed a sales and marketing agreement with Sarasota, Florida based Lifestyle Ventures, LLC. Under the agreement, Lifestyle Ventures will sell Provision’s 3D holographic video technology to automotive racing markets and to Indian gaming resorts. According to the National Indian Gaming Commission, revenues generated by the nearly 400 gaming establishments in the United States are close to $18.5 billion.
