Provision Anticipates Late Filing of Form 10-K After Completion of Annual Audit
CHATSWORTH, CA--(Marketwire - 10/13/09) - Provision Holding, Inc. (the "Company") (OTC.BB:PVHO - News), announced today that it will be filing their required annual report on Form 10-K within the next 30 days. On September 29, 2009, Provision filed Form 12b-25 Notification of Late Filing to obtain an extension to file its Form 10-K for the year ended June 30, 2009. The Company is still working on the compilation and review of the information required to be presented in its Form 10-K and its independent auditor is still auditing such information.
"We are aggressively working on completing the year-end audit with our independent auditors," said the Company's CEO Curt Thornton. "Although we're going to be a few days late, we want to assure our investors and other interested parties that the Company has every intention to file the required report. Compliance with our financial reporting obligations is an important responsibility and our Board remains committed to it as we continue to grow the Company."
"While 2009 has been a difficult year for many companies, we continue to be proud of our accomplishments so far this year, and are looking to this coming fiscal year with tremendous excitement. We are grateful for the continued support of our shareholders and stakeholders," added Thornton. As a result of the Form 10-K not being filed on time, the Company will have an "E" affixed to its symbol and our symbol will appear as "PVHOE" until we file our Form 10-K.
