Provision Interactive Earns Top 10 Spot at Infocomm 2009
Company Cited for Leading “Technology Trend”
CHATSWORTH, California – July 27, 2009. Provision Interactive Technologies, Inc. ("Provision"), a subsidiary of Provision Holding, Inc. (OTCBB: PVHO), announced today that it has been named as one of the Top 10 Companies identified as having “significant technology trends” at the 2009 InfoComm conference, recently held in Orlando, Florida.
The annual Technology Trends session this year included a focus on digital signage. “The current climate for digital signage served to make InfoComm 2009 a very information rich experience,” said Lyle Bunn, a highly regarded independent consultant, commentator, advisor and educator in North America’s digital signage/digital out-of-home sector.
“Visual is our new language,” said retail guru and author, Paco Underhill. “Visual communications are proving to contribute to higher levels of communications effectiveness in
terms of branding, merchandising, cost reductions and improved patron experiences.”
While only 4 other companies were specifically mentioned in the Top 10 list, other InfoComm top ten technology trends included: projection, all-in-one, gestural, interactive, interaction with other systems and vending.
“I’m thrilled to say that all of the technology trends named by InfoComm are already incorporated and being launched by Provision,” said Provision Interactive CEO, Curt Thornton. “And of course, we are honored to be named by InfoComm.”
