Provision Interactive Signs 5-Year Agreement for up to 800 New Locations

Provision’s 3D digital signage network becomes world’s largest with the Long Island Gasoline Retailers Association


CHATSWORTH, California – September 30, 2008. Provision Interactive Technologies, Inc. (“Provision”), a subsidiary of Provision Holding, Inc. (OTCBB: PVHO), announced today that it has signed an agreement with the Long Island Gasoline Retailers Association (“LIGRA”) to install its patented 3D holographic displays in up to 800 member stores throughout New York. Provision’s displays will be located inside the independent convenience stores of major franchise gasoline retailers including Shell, ExxonMobil, Citgo, Sunoco, BP, Amoco and Gulf.


“This agreement is potentially the largest store count Provision has signed to-date. LIGRA members will be using Provision’s HL40D units. The HL40D is an extraordinary 3D holographic video display system. Used to promote all types of products and services, the HL40D is a powerful 3D tool to break through the clutter of traditional in-store advertising and merchandising.
