Provision Interactive Explores New Growth Markets With New Sales Partner

CHATSWORTH, California – May 14, 2008. Provision Interactive Technologies, Inc. (“Provision”), a subsidiary of Provision Holding, Inc. (OTCBB: PVHO), announced today that it has signed a sales and marketing agreement with Sarasota, Florida based Lifestyle Ventures, LLC. Under the agreement, Lifestyle Ventures will sell Provision’s 3D holographic video technology to automotive racing markets and to Indian gaming resorts. According to the National Indian Gaming Commission, revenues generated by the nearly 400 gaming establishments in the United States are close to $18.5 billion. “The racing and gaming industries are two markets that are gaining considerable momentum,” said Curt Thornton, President and CEO of Provision. “We believe this is the perfect time to explore these markets and to generate revenues from our technology in new ways.”
