Provision Denounces Unauthorized Investor Communications

Company has launched a full-scale investigation into stock spam emails


CHATSWORTH, California (April 7, 2008) – Provision Interactive Technologies Inc., a subsidiary of Provision Holding (OTCBB: PVHO), has recently become aware of the existence of spam emails purporting to promote its stock. These messages are not authorized by the Company and should not be relied upon for information.


“Neither Provision Interactive, nor its investor relations firm created, distributed, or authorized the creation or distribution of any such spam messages related to the Company's stock,” said Provision President and CEO, Curt Thornton. “The Company does not condone this practice and prohibits its officers, directors, employees and agents from doing the same.”


The Company has immediately commenced an investigation of the origination of these messages and will take appropriate action.
